If you can get above west plains mo.
Hwy 63 north of willow spring according to MoDot travel map is open. And they opened 63 above rolla this after noon. It would be okay all the way to I 70.

I would stay away from any part of I 44 east of rolla. Unless you have amphibious car. Lol

Once you get to Lebanon roads are good mostly 4 lane. At 70+ mph Watch out close to Jefferson City it drops to 65 Stay on 54 to kingdom city to I 70. From Jefferson City to kingdom city I 70 :30

I would advise that shooters bring a cart to this match, you may have to park a little ways off. With this many shooters, Don't count on being able to park right at your firing point.
