PTG Action Availability?

Has anybody else had a problem getting actions from them? I ordered an action in February and still waiting on it I keep getting oh we're getting that ready and should ship next week, but next week has't came.

Unfortunately you weren't aware of the difficulties people have had with PTG. It's been a problem for a while.

PTG is not the place too go. And it is NOT a new problem.

I ordered a REM 700 extractor. It took 7 months...and several "it will ship next week". I went ahead and had a m16 extractor installed.
Come to think of it, I still have that Rem extractor on the shelf if anyone needs one

At this point, I would not try to order anything. If it can't be found in stock somewhere, I'll look for another vendor option.

Did they give you a lead time when you ordered it? Time to get your money back and go elsewhere, and tell them you're sick of the broken promises. I know a couple sub contractors, and for them, "tomorrow never comes."

I'm not sure how you are meaning that.
How would you sell actions if you didn't advertise them?
For example, barrel manufacturers advertise barrels but don't have them in stock.

4-6 weeks PT&G will not get anymore of my money.

Even when they’ve listed stuff as”in stock” it has taken 6-7 months. I won’t ever order from them again.

And if you cancel the order they’ll charge a restocking fee even though it was never in stock

How can a business keep their doors open when they operate that way??

Sooner or later the doors will close. They must have contracts with big companies that keep them afloat, because if it were the general public they would have shut down long ago. If I need something they make I just buy it from a reseller that stocks PTG items. Never a problem doing it
that way. If the product is not sold by a reseller I just buy a different brand. Easy peasy and no head aches this way. Good luck on your purchase.
