Sounds like a chronograph that I’m glad I don’t own. First thing I did when I bought my Garmin is to shoot it up against the LR and an older Caldwell unit. All three read within 4fps, that is on the shots the LR or Caldwell didn’t miss. lol. I fired 126 rounds testing on Saturday and the Garmin didn’t miss a single shot. Flawless. And it does it in a package small enough to fit in my pocket.
Maybe I missed something but it appears on paper it's more accurate than all of them?less variation in velocity.they all looked good enough though
None of that showed in this test that I can see?

People sometimes will disparage products similar to those they already own, sometimes justified and sometimes not so much, to support their own choices. Lord knows the firearms community can serve as the poster boy for that !
It's not possible to say one chronograph is more accurate than the other in these tests. We have no measurement standard to assess accuracy of the test articles. How close are the numbers to the true velocity? We don't know. All we can do is compare one chronograph against the other. We can compare velocity differences and consistency, but not accuracy. The closest to a gold standard we had was the Oehler. But, but.... We don't know its accuracy relative to true velocity. Comparative measurement is all we can achieve.
