Thanks, I’ll have a look at Peterson’s site as it has been a while.. I’m running their 6BR brass and sold off all my Lapua.

That’s cool, I do have a question and that is, I have seen several articles talking about needing to have an “Alpha” chamber for the brass to “play nice”…
Have you found that to be the case ?

I'm in sunny England, I just happened to see some in stock and got it ordered. I had some on backorder from the importer but hadn't even heard back back from them. Just gathering all the components before getting a new barrel.

Yes there is a large dose of sarcasm in that, although the weather is picking up again. Funnily enough I'd never heard furphy before but that's twice in a week now. If we go above 20°C here the media think the apocalypse is nigh

I've seen another UK retailer with 9x100 in stock so it's starting to appear in Europe. I would expect it should be in the US before long. I think it will generate more interest in 6GT over once more widely available.

I seriously doubt it makes the 6GT surge here in the US. People here are nuts about Alpha for some reason so the market is pretty saturated. I’ve personally never had a batch of Alpha that I thought was great. Better than most, but sure not Lapua. While I’m tired of being misled, Lapua still makes better brass. I got Peterson for my GT though. I wasn’t waiting any longer, and I was really fed up with them not providing case specs even after you had your brass IN HAND.
