Ingenuity Precision production unit overview

Here's a look at what the production unit of the IP System will look like and I show a bunch of different powders running through it including ball, extruded and N570. He told me last night he's on track to ship at least some of the first orders by end of August.

Is the app available yet? Or when the unit is released in August? Can’t wait to get mine with the entris II - definitely will be worth the wait.

Excellent video, thanks!!!

Watching the video I didn't see anything about the scale settings. Does this assume your scale is set to factory default settings? Because that's not grains for A&D, so kinda wondering if there's some instructions for setting the scale (kinda like for the ST) or what to expect.

I was just headed over to ask if anyone else had seen this on YouTube lol.

I like the fact it can use more than one scale. That is imo the drawback of the v4 and why I'll be looking at this unit more seriously! Very nice breakdown John! Thanks for the video!

In all my use so far, it reconfigures the scale depending on which one you have. Even if you don't have it on default settings. I've literally plugged it into two different Sartorius and 3 A&D plus a Creedmoor and never once had to do anything other than just choose the correct scale in the settings. Poof, it does the rest.

That's pretty sweet. Finally someone does it as it should be, via their sw and the interface and not force the user to figure out the scale.
I was thinking about it and realized I may have misread your question. The scale will have to be manually programed the first time, there's no way around that BUT if you're coming off an AutoTrickler it's the same setting, SuperTrickler you'll have to reset and reprogram. I thought you meant when switching between scales that are already ready to go. Sorry for any confusion.

Not a problem. good to know. I was a little surprised that at least a factory reset wasn't needed. Appears it will be plus some settings. It's easy enough to do.

Still trying my best to patiently wait for this.

Will there be anything that might assist with something more tedious like ladder test loading?

What are we talking about for price point on this trickler?

I’m trying to see any advantages this might have when coupled with my scale over throwing charges 0.1gr light on a RCBS Chargemaster then finishing off with a normal trickler on my scale. Of course price point will be one of the major determining factors since I already have 2 Chargemasters I can have throwing charges at the same time.

Thanks. Not as horribly priced as I thought it would be. Unless you have the Sartorious.
I finally bit the bullet and got the Sartorious with the new system I have the original gold trickler and it's been working great with FX120 V3 but that's going to be my backup/range setup when I get the new one....can't wait.
