F class decision of electronic MDT level

Pretty sure there is nothing explicitly written in the new F class rules that prevent the use of the MDT electronic level. I know it was explicitly called out in the first draft of the new rules, but I see that statement was clearly removed from the final released/posted rules.
Is there anyone here close enough to the rules committee to get a clear cut, definitive decision on their use??

Well, if your rifle isn't level, you cant.
Of course, sling shooters can use it to good effect.

Neither of which are really an issue in the use case of NRA F-class.

That said, I'd dearly love for the NRA to get it's head out out of... the sand... about modern electronics on the firing line.

I remember shooting recurve bows too. My pickup has more horsepower than most 60s muscle cars, and a better transmission. See the pattern?

Still no definitive ruling on this. I called the NRA for an official ruling and you can imagine how successful that adventure was.
I see nothing in the new F class rules that prohibits the use of the electronic level. They were clearly called out by name and prohibited in the high power rules, but not the new F class rules.

FWIW, the unusual/grey area/potentially protestable rules that aren't specifically called out (such as this) are often at the discretion of each MD/JURY per match. At best, you could approach the MD before the match and ask for a ruling (that he or a jury would make) that would protect you IF someone protested that you were using it. The more people who ask for a ruling and get a favorable one is often how things become the standard instead of the exception.

For me personally I don't care if E-levels are used, ain't nobody winning BECAUSE of an electronic level in Open because once you're level they really don't move. But I could see some cases where TR might benefit so I can't comment on how TR shooters feel about it being an unfair advantage or not. However if it follows the past then I'd assume if they A) are deemed legal, B) are used by people who win using them, then C) everyone will start using them and I'm good with that. That's the way it usually goes in the shooting sports.
