Best 22-250 brass? Norma??

OK, I proposed this question before on here, and I didn't word it correctly to get the answers I was hoping for. So here it is again.
I want to give my new cases the full prep,. So in what order would you arrange the steps.
Flash hole drilling, cases length trim, deburring, fire forming, weight sorting, capacity sorting, light cleanup neck turning, more?

Flash hole drilling on Lapua brass?… no
Light cleanup on necks?.. I wouldn’t on a factory chamber, I have seen it hurt accuracy but if you need to I would go over about 80%
If it were my I would weight sort it if I was competing with it, size it, chanfer the necks, load it and shoot it. Then maybe I would trim it before second loading

Criterion stainless match, 24” varmint contour, 1 in 12 twist, Savage small shank. Jim stated 12-20 week lead time. I’d love to have it right now, so I’m not just making this up.
I have that same barrel on my LH Savage action, IIRC I waisted just over three months. If shoots Sierra 1365 55gr Gamekings great, it's the only bullet I've tried as I have a bunch and the rifle was built for groundhogs and coyotes. I do have several hundred of 52gr Nosler Custom Competition I need to play with.

I've been kicking the idea of fast twist 22-250ai. But that will probably happen after I wear our one on my factory remingtons. I really do love how my factory guns shoot.
What the twist? 1-14?
few considerations, but here's not a better place in the world to ask than right here
