The best warranty is the one not used.
Does vortex pay for the shipping?
How did you ship it back? Buy a box bigger than the scope box?
I was thinking about sending my scope in, at max 24x zoom the parallax adjustment blurry on one scope and the other scope has a black spec when I zoom in at 24x.Yes and yes.
They emailed me a shipping label that I placed on the box.
One of my early jobs was working in a box factory. It’s pretty easy to make a with a sheet of cardboard, a pizza cutter, a razor knife, and a straight edge. This sure comes in handy when you need a one off odd size box.
Name me one scope manufacture that does not have warranty repairs?
No such scope exists. You're missing the point.
The best warranty is really a scope so well designed it almost never fails. It's better than a scope, with a great warranty, that always fails.
No such scope exists.
I guess I should be thankful for those people.Remember, someone pays for that warranty, even though they think it's free. People that buy the cheap Chinese made line, put it on a rifle and it lean in a closet for decades without using it contribute more. It is about statistics.
