It makes me Patron the ones that take care of customers even more. My post history can be checked and people can see that I highly praise several small companies for their customer service and the way they treat their consumers."If my shop messes something up, we eat the cost because it shouldn’t have left." @tthomp302 I believe this should be the norm, but we all know it's not.
I see more pinholes than the one. Unacceptable, at the very least.
