Atlas in a Impact 737 inlet

For anybody that has both or knows, will a Kelbly Atlas action fit in a stock that has an Impact 737R inlet ? Both are 700 footprint actions, both use a trigger hanger and side bolt release. Just wondering if I’m missing something other than maybe a difference in the ejection port cutout.

My Kelbly Atlas action required some fitting by my gunsmith for my Remington 700 inlet stock. I believe that Kelbly mentioned somewhere that their Atlas is not a true "drop-in".

It requires a thicker and deeper recoil lug pocket and a spot for the bolt release

My Atlas is one of the slickest actions I have ever used.....Its on ball bearings.

Yes i just take the same 3/8 end mill i get the recoil lug pocket with and mill out the front of the rear pillar almost to the hole and it works good

Just for anybody that may be looking for the answer in the future. Got my Impact 737 inletted stock. The side bolt release, trigger hanger and ejection port all have to have some inletting done to fit a Kelbly Atlas. Not as much as starting from a Remington 700 inlet but it all still has to have some minor fitting
