Who made the determination what they're enforcing is unconstitutional? SCOTUS? The States? One of the other two branches? You?
The people that wrote the Constitution.

So we should pretend like we like them screwing us now?
Youre right, there are amendments. I havent seen that amendment yet tho- whats the number? That's up to you.
But maybe we shouldn't pretend that the only laws that apply are those written on the original constitution. Like it or not, we're governed by more federal laws & regulations than just the founding documents.

I stand by my statement. The ATF acts like they are FFL holders buddies, but they're not. US gun owners are who they are keeping up with. With what we purchase, what we sell, ammo and reloading purchases. In what purpose do they serve us 2nd amendment gun loving Americans. They should be abolished. Times have definitely changed since I started breathing breath. It's going to get worse. They, meaning ATF is not our friend. They despise us gun owners. I'm convinced they see us as the enemy and that it is their solemn duty to keep us under watch, and what they think, in our place. Stealing our freedoms a little at a time.
They should be abolished.
The Constitution is not is not Law. It defines What kinds of laws can be enacted. That's up to you.

There's a reason why I'm still burning powder and primers from the Clinton panic.....and it isn't because I'm not paying attentionNot to be an ass but have you not been paying attention for the last 2 years. This governmental regime does not care one shit about what the law says or what the law means they do what they want.
I will just use one example to contradict your premise, the 14th Amendment. The Constitution is not is not Law. It defines What kinds of laws can be enacted.
Oh, let’s see...Maybe check in with Billy, Hilly, Bubba...or a Supr Court Justice that isn’t a biologist. If one does not know what the law means, how can one enforce the law??
.
It is a Civil Rights issue. Same as the first ten amendments. It guarantees certain rights to people. Now the Civil Rights law passed by congress at the insistence of President Johnson is a specific law.I will just use one example to contradict your premise, the 14th Amendment.

That sure reads like a Law to me.
Now, granted, individual Government Entities, from City Councils all the way to the United States Congress can enact statutes that try to circumvent the laws laid out in the Constitution, but it will then be up to the Supreme Court to determine if these entities have overstepped their authority.
In the end, the Supreme Court has the final say…………unless
The Congress, the President, and three fourths of the State Legislatures agree to amend the Constitution. Then that provision is Law, because it is now part of the Constitution.
