I worked a table yesterday at a local show, did not see any marked agents. Only the sheriff's reserve who provide security. We played a game of spot the Fed, no one could agree,lol. Slow sales, even reloading components.

But maybe we shouldn't pretend that the only laws that apply are those written on the original constitution. Like it or not, we're governed by more federal laws & regulations than just the founding documents.

Except we have this thing called the second amendment that says everything the ATF is doing, they aren't allowed to do. If we are going to pretend what they are doing is ok, then we may as well ignore the whole thing and stop pretending we aren't a banana republic.

This used to be the big game at hacker shows. Spot the fed. You had to give compelling evidence as to why the person is a Fed.

They should do this at Gun Shows. Blow the Fed's cover. Embarrass them and make them leave.

The ATF cannot make law. It can however make rules which are not subject to congressional approval. Under the law covering ATF, they can make enforceable rules that are de facto law.

If our spineless congress hadn't abdicated their responsibility they would have found many alphabet agencies have exceeded their authority!
