All of those look great. Centerx is shooting awesome i think if it was me i would do 25 shot groups of the same ammo you tested. Just to see what the overall group sizes and shape looks like. Mine seems to shoot them all around the same. Nice job all of those should clean a factory ARA target pretty consistentShot some test groups this evening in the heat and humidity. Geez, I was soaked from just sitting on the bench!
50 yards, just checking some different ammo for group size. 5 shot groups.View attachment 1356475
Nice looking setup. Not bad at all on targets. More trigger time will get you shooting tighter.
Looks like CX is good in your CZ as well!
In my setup or redz? What fps center x are you shooting?
Do you look up the fps by lot#?That is 1066 fps ammo then.
Thanks for the info
Yes you can get the factory rated fps by lot number. Add a 3 in front of first two numbers that gives you a meter per second rating then you can cross that to fps. I still chrono all mine to get my velocity as all barrels and chambers are different , my velocity never matches box rating as my short barrel and chamber run faster .Do you look up the fps by lot#?
Is that true for other brands as well, or just Lapua and their subsidiary brands?Yes you can get the factory rated fps by lot number.
