6mm that would be good for competing in f open.

I stand firmly behind the 6mm fabulous kitty

I have just gotten started with mine and love it. I think what, if anything, hurt it’s reputation early on was/is that group from the “other forum” and their inability to do proper load development. I peek over there once in a while, and it’s not hard to sniff out the handful of real rifleman amongst the sea of Copy and Paste keyboard commandos.

GT is better/easier to mag feed. Larger case. You can get a 105 up to 3100fps
It's not the case, it's the shooter. I am a brx guy but if the gt works better out of a mag that has to be a consideration. I bet you would make any of those being discussed work if need be. For those who don't put the effort in I do not believe there is a magic case. If there is one it would be the 30br for 100 yard score. On your 500 yard target how big is th 10 ring and the xring?

So Kelbly F- Class Panda has 7 months lead time. Bat model M, is another I was considering but haven't called out there yet. Any others I should be considering? I think I'm just going to strictly build a rifle for F Class.

Check Bruno's to see what they have in stock. You may find what you have in mind. They have a selection of Model M actions in stock, no waiting.

When they care about cleaning their guns I'll care what speed they shoot.

There, I said it. Don't hate me. :)
I think they’re running it slower so they can watch the trace. Accuracy being equal, I can’t see why you wouldn’t run the high node.

If I want to shoot 2850, there’s a BR barrel in the safe.

I like your opinions!

I think the low node trend came about when people heard Jake V was running his comp gun slow so the bullet stayed in the air longer (trace.)

If anyone knows any other reason to do so, I’d like to learn.
