My ol' 77/22 Hornet, my friends call it "the meatgrinder"... Bought it in the mid 90's when they came out. It kills way better than it should, I've taken everything from crows, prairie dogs & squirrels, to g-hogs, fox, coons & yotes. Even had to finish a car-hit whitetail buck that was starting to wander into traffic. I've got a few different load levels for it depending on target species.

I have owned a handful and built a lot of varmint rifles. A Bat SV, left port no eject, HV barrel, in a McMillan Nesika bay varmint stock is hands down my favorite set up. I don't like ejectors on varmint rigs. And left ports are very handy. The Nesika bay fits a bull bag or bi pod very well. Worth looking at anyhow.

Little curious as to what the QPVv1 is? Love my 25 creed with the 131’s but that’s significantly faster
