17 Hornet Rifles

Both CZ and Ruger are making 17 Hornet rifles but who has them in stock in Nebr, Colo, S Dakota, or Wyo ? I have five boxes of ammo, a new 4-16 X AO scope ,military sling and have brass, RCBS reloading full length set and neck die and a 17 Hornet modified case on back order. But no rifle...Has any one gotten a rifle ?
 
I have read that several in the Midwest have received their CZ's. The Savage seems to be easier to find, again from what I have read, read rumor! I also understand that they both shoot very well, just to keep your interest! ;D FYI- I run a .17 Ackley Hornet and it is my go-to walking Chuck gun.
 
I bought a CZ last week. Some places are really marking them up quite a bit. But that is capitalism.
 
I have a ruger 77/22 that did have a custom 17 Squirrel barrel. It was a nice little gun but not enough for what I wanted to do-So I picked a 17 Ackey Hornet and it is great. BUT being 17 crazy I had the 17 squirrel reamed out to a 17 Hornet. Liked it so well I am haveing a hard time deciding which is best. Plan to take them and some other 17's into the PDog fields and make some decisions.
 
I'm very pleased with my Savage 25. Might not be the prettiest of creations but shoots well although it did need a bit of tidying here and there. The trigger needed a little de-burring...
Likes 25grain VMAX and H322 although H4198 works nearly as well. 20grain Berger and Lil'Gun are also a good option...I only use that start load and that's quite wicked!

I don't fully resize the cases (backed out the FL sizing die about 1/2 turn and seat to feed in a magazine. Works well...
 
I have (2) 17 Ackley hornets. 1, I shoot and the other sits in the safe. I had it Duracoated in german light green and then the other rifle shot so well I just have not gotten to the other.. I formed my brass and now shoot 9.5gr of 4227 and a 20gr vmax.. great to shoot pdogs with
 
I have a CZ527 Varmint Micro Action in .17 Hornet, and am replacing the Set Trigger with a Timney CZ550 set at 2lb, as it fits my particular rifle.
Am looking for a Trigger Shoe to go along with it.
What Powders are being used for the 20Gr pills?

NOTE: This trigger does not fit All CZ527's, but Timney Support has been very helpful.

Not entirely just the two best models, Varmint and American. They also no longer chamber a 527 in 204 Ruger, which IMO was one of their best ones.
