Not enforceable, red flag law. Neighbor complains "you are dangerous", law checks serial # , you have unregistered firearm FELONY. Another bunch of "illegal guns off the street". Screwed either way, because the bill of rights are gone. Democrats promised to "change" the country in first 100 days. This is only the beginning.

If I am not mistaken, what you are describing is a new weapon used by "the other side" (being politically correct here) .....it's called "cancel culture."

We have people in the USA who think nothing of shooting a gun into a crowd of people or shooting randomly around their neighborhood without any regard as to where their bullets might stop, then we are told by a member of congress, "Don't condemn the gangbangers."

But the question is how many Americans believe in the same type of BS? Read some of the other bills this woman has sponsored. Totally foreign to me and my mind. I have doubts about the mindset of many Americans and how they view the Constitution.

This is nothing more than the lefts wish list, their goal is to stop you from giving guns to your kids and grandkids without a background check for transfer of ownership, aka gun registry, ammo purchase background check, gun storage laws, red flag laws, standard mag ban ( California's gun laws.) Oh and remove the protections from lawsuits from our gun makers. Please call your or email your US Senators and Congressman voice your distain for all the crap in this bill. They modeled California's gun laws to move up to a friendly gun grabber in the white house, with Senate and house majorities.

Well we got Universal H/C which we thought would never happen. They have the votes to do what they please. It's pretty clear what the agenda is. The only dissenter from the other side is Gabbord and she's not even in Congress anymore.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but 60 votes are needed to pass a bill through the senate. 45 Republicants are standing in the way of a 2nd impeachment trial so hopefully they keep a stiff spine and help defeat this attempt to restrict our 2nd Amendment right as well.
