That video sounds a lot like Red Flag legislation except I could call my local PD saying you [my neighbor] keep talking about going down to the local FD and threatening to take out firemen so the police could show up and demand your guns and worry about the other crap later. There's no doubt that a lot of red flags have been missed when some of those shooting events are investigated and dissected. While one side appears to be more sympathetic to 2A issues, there's no guarantee that he will produce if the moment of truth arrives.

Well id say the choice is still clear. You can vote for somebody that is currently pushing an anti-gun agenda openly or take your chances hoping he never has to choose between his own ass or your guns. Its a tough crowd here when it comes to voting for gun rights. I dont think youll convince many that trump is going to take your guns and biden isnt. I dont understand people. This is truly the first time in our history some one is campaigning against almost every thing this country stands for. Many of us could read between the lines in the past but now you dont have to. I never thought Id see this happening in the country. That's what I'm seeing too. Anti everything that made America great. Give it all up to fall in line with the other international governments that have failed. I just don't get it unless it's the fact that a large portion of our population (~50%) never knew America when it was truly great and are ready to throw in the towel. Disheartening.

Well you saw it back in 94 when the brady bill passed. It outlawed high cap magazines.(Besides police) Only outlaws had them.

I'm afraid it is all out of control. For decades we have let elected officials, on both sides, tip toe further and further away from our Constitution. The only real fix appears to be an Article V Convention of States. Unfortunately we are not seeing any real support for it. The media and personal emotions have kept a large part of our population, again both sides, blinded to tangible solutions. I personally don't give a darn what is said. A far better indicator has always been past actions.

You are still making more out if it than it is. Neither guy is an enigma and it doesn't take more than a minute to see this for what it is.

If there was a strong bipartisan effort, and public support, to enact nationwide Red Flag laws Trump wouldn't fight against it.

Biden and party will actively work for this, and more, without bipartisan and public support.

We have drop boxes for that. Also if you've been issued an absentee ballot here your name is put onto a list so if you show up at the polling place to try to vote again you will be turned away.

Does anyone have a link to an anti-gun agenda [not necessarily from the Biden campaign or a pending bill in Congress] with proposals like requiring a license/permit and paying thousands of dollars per year in fees in order to keep said licenses/permits? I thought I saw it posted here somewhere.

Like the drop boxes that just show up when someone like al franken is behind? Vote in person and if you are afraid to do that,just pretend you are at the grocery store or the booze store. Same thing,same danger, you just only go to the poll once. Jeff

The postal service could not possibly handle the increase from mail in voting and the votes could not be counted in time to keep Palosi from taking the presidency til the votes are counted and she will do a lot of damage in that amount of time. If every gun owner and hunter gets out to vote Trump will win.
Two questions, why wasn't Palosi charged with a felony when she ripped up Trumps original state of the union address right on tv ? Why wasn't Schumer charged when he threatened two supreme court justices ?

Why is mailing in a ballot election interference? Why is interfering with the mail delivery system not interference? How hard would it be to require mail in ballots be received no later than 1 week before the election? Most mail in ballots are local so there's no reason that they can't be received in a timely manner. UNLESS one is deliberately trying to make sure that they aren't?
