Nobody are panic buyers of guns and ammo. Astute, aware, forward-looking, prudent, yes. But not panicked. People hoarding TP might reasonably be labeled panicked, but that might be crediting them overmuch. Deranged rather.

Not really. The world population annual growth rate is 1.1%. That's slightly less than 100 times the 0.012% of global population killed by Covid-19 when I wrote that.

One thing I've noticed when carefully venturing out and about is that I see very few pregnant women. Is there a lot of sexual distancing in addition to social distancing or are people actually being careful to avoid pregnancies for financial as well as not wanting to give birth to a child that may have its health compromised? Or maybe if they are PG they are just staying home a lot more.

I have noticed less and less pregnant women over the years. I think it's due to the frigging terrible abortions in this country.
