Why not in the wind ? You can keep heavier bullets in the 10 ring when the 6mm want stay there.
The 300WSM already rules in the wind. He wants to get it to shoot with the 6br case when calm.

On a calm day why would you shoot a 300 WSM ? Brass and bullets cost more. You use twice the amount of powder which cost more witch burns up barrels.I think what hes getting at is they are getting them to shoot with the 6mm's on a calm day. When the 6mm's have a better potential to outshoot the 30s.

I agree , but the shooter needs to be able to shoot in windy conditions to truly be a great shooter. If the 30 has a chance in the calm, it's game over...
How's that ? I have never been able to save money shooting. I have always been spending. If you can save me money shooting please help!!!If your shooting 1k to save money I think your going about it wrong.
I'm gonna put that on the wall in my reloading room.If your shooting 1k to save money I think your going about it wrong.

I'm more interested in the bullets and brassTom and I are of the belief we can produce a 30 that will shoot as small as a 6 in calm conditions, Tom's initial limited testing says were right. So now were both gearing up with proper tooling for the bullet, reamers with proper freebore and such, Alex will help with all the particulars. As far as everything else were not going to release until we've squeezed every bit of accuracy we can get out of it. Tom will keep everyone informed in early 2020. Thanks for the interest, Roy
HA! Truer words have never been spoken. New Sig Line!If your shooting 1k to save money I think your going about it wrong.
RoyThe 30s not for everybody, probably not going to be for me, I'm having a lot of fun shooting the 6 since Alex fixed my gun. The post was for everyone asking for a 30 bullet, but it makes sense...
