It is a perfect 600 yard starter for a kid. So easy to load for and shoots 80s lights out and 52 match bullets even better!!!
Lip stick, still only worth oinker price. Not really a "pig".

Sir, I think you already answered your question.
It's not as nice. People like nice. Therefore, eventually, many get tired of scrimping on the nice, so they spend the green to get what they want.
True, but sometimes the truth is like that.. After you rebarrel, trigger, bedding yada yada yada yada yada you build a great rifle but you are in it for good money and you aren't getting the return.. I like Salvage rifles because it can get shooter's to the range. I don't like people pretending they are getting world class rifles straight outta the box.Very rude person.

They are just fine, they are not great.I've heard that Team Savage also has won some world championship matches with factory guns. Not sure which year, type of match, or which models.
For Factory (factory action, chamber, barrel, stock) or Hunter (factory rifle with custom barrel) class rules I think they would be more than fine.
You don't think they are pulling those guns randomly off the line do you? Lol.. They will have more resources available to them then anyone off the street.. Why they run factory teams, sells rifles..I've heard that Team Savage also has won some world championship matches with factory guns. Not sure which year, type of match, or which models.

I have seen horrible quality control with Salvage..

Horrible quality control ????? Are u sure u don’t mean Remington ???
Life's too short to shoot a Rembleton. I'd rather have my nadds squished in a vise.
Considering that I don't have a dog in this fight, I recall that they did not modify them in anyway. As to how they selected them I don't know other than it being reported as "off the shelf" rifles. You don't think they are pulling those guns randomly off the line do you? Lol..
