Call CBI and ask to speak to Josh. CBI is very responsive and has great customer service, I would be very surprised if they don't make it right for you.
I would, but this isn’t a CBI problem. The barrel was fine before the fellow marred it up. Even if they were willing to replace it, I wouldn’t feel right about it.
