Unfortunately, I have my die in all the way. Most I can bump it is .001". Sounds like I need to just back the barrel out a little bit.
Try Redding competition shell holder.

Lenny ,,,,this is NOT the solution to your problem,,,,you cant get your ctgs short enuff to go in your chamber that is headspaced tooooo short !!!....these Redding comp shell holders are progressively taller deck height than the std shell holder which is .125"....they are .002-.004-.006-.008-.010" more deck height which gives longer length to the shoulder of the ctg,,,you need to go shorter !!!...RogerTry Redding competition shell holder.

Only fired once before resizing on full length Forster die.
Brass would rechamber just fine after first firing, but not after full length sizing.
I am not having trouble with virgin Norma brass now that I've backed the barrel off a bit. It's only sized brass that I'm having issues with.Interesting, I’d agree with measuring the base to see what’s going on there. Also unusual that you’re still have trouble with the virgin Norma brass. I’d try marking up a case with a sharpie to see where the case is rubbing on the chamber.

I will be happy to report when I get a chance. I ordered the Wilson FL sizing die from Hunts as they said they use it on their hydroformed brass.Lenny,,,how is it going,,,any results,,,,lots of folks tried to help....Roger
So with the Wilson full length die, I am able to set case headspace back significantly more than I was with the Forster die. Round fed with no issue.
I am going to reset the headspace on my barrel again tonight, then adjust the die for a .001 bump.
I had a Wilson full length bushing die. It ran perfectly in my chamberLenny, Did you ever measure your brass and compare to the measurements I PM'd you? Just curious! Interested mostly in the measurement at the base. I had the Forster dies and I believe they didn't size the base small enough.
