Reloading bench build...

As good as Accuride? That's what I usually use but they are pricey.

I've always been too cheap to use Accuride. I've used KV and assorted other brands. These are on par with those. Comparing $20 for a single set of Accuride vs $54 for 10 of these.... :D

Ok Terry, I know you are just being brave here and are dieing to start on the final reloading bench after all you have learned. So I will step up and help you out by talking this prototype off your hand in order to free you to begin on the bench you really want.

That's a great reloading bench. My complements.

Thanks! I'm very pleased with it.

Thanks Ryan. The shop is one of my greatest pleasures. Hours melt away when I'm working in there. Years ago there were some crazy good bulk deals on the Bessey clamps. That's when I stocked up. I'd imagine at some point I'll try a stock build just to see if I can do it even though that sort of shaping is not really my forte'.
I would not be surprised so see you shoot as good as you build things. Milling lumber to precise dimensions is real important for finish work. I used to do house framing reasonably well as summer work while going to school. I like stock work and I am starting to look into stock carving or duplicating machines.

if your looking at making a router base plate go to >>>Samurai Woodworker<<<< and check out his router base plate. It is a very good design and has unlimited capabilities

Thanks. I have a lot to learn about shooting and loading.

Completed the bench. Bought a second rolling bench from Harbor Freight for some additional counter and storage space. Plumbed my little pancake compressor in the left side of it. Have the Frankford tumbler and drier stored in the right. Added a Harbor Freight power strip to the back of the top. Made for a nice secondary bench.

Finished painting the room yesterday and get everything in and arranged. I guess my gun room is now a reality even though I do have to share some space with the wife's elliptical. lol...

100% cat. He'll get bored with it after a while.

This one is an interesting case. Was my daughter and son in law's cat. They are never home so he spent way too much time by himself. Let's just say that he was/is socially awkward. We've had him for 6 months. Just now getting to the point that we can actually touch him.

Our oldest cat was my reloading buddy, I left my chargemaster on the edge of my table, he gracefully worked around it for 2 yrs. Then one day I caught out of the corner of my eye that it was falling, it bounced like a over inflated basketball.

I would much prefer not to see my Fx 120i bounce off the floor.
