Brett-
Had such a good time last year and met a ton of VERY nice folks so I'll be making the trek back south for the frog legs and fish. Oh, might do some shootin with you too! As Mike stated I have such a tough time hitting that x-ring, I'll have to try and improve that for this year. Order up some warmer weather and I'll see you folks in May! Eric in DL

Great match and a good bunch of guys. Hope the weather is a little warmer this year.

Froze my arse off last year!

Sling shooters are invited to this match as well.

Jim Fowler suggested that We just go ahead and put his name on the trophy going forward. I guess he figures on winning again, and always.
Who am I to say otherwise. Maybe there are some others out there that want to come shoot for second place........... Or first place, if you dare.

He doesnt have that rifle anymore- I do.

Hey Joe, I figured out my problem with my mid range rifle. I would love to drive down to shoot with you guys, but it's going to have to be at least a 2 day match to be worth the drive. Maybe your state championship. Oh I can eat a lot of fish and frog legs!

Keith, I understand what you're saying. Ryan Cokerham is running a NRA regional, and the state match this year at Marshall, MO. Both offer a lot of shooting (160 rounds for record). Would love to see you make it down sometime.

Damn!!! Who's idea was it to schedule this thing on a Saturday in May with all the graduations taking place?

Daughter is graduating on the 14th from college so I guess I'll give you a pass Joe:D

Good luck to all who entry...this is a great event. Excellent range, great people, and sponsored by Sierra, a great bunch of guys...shout out to Tommy and Mark for making this event possible...

Joe...you can skip my name this year, but go ahead and plan on it for 2017:)

Ain't gonna to be the same without Jim to beat. Don't underestimate the competition at this match, there is strong runners ( Joe ) in every class of this. This is a great match guys in its infancy! You shoot twice, break for lunch then shoot some more... then pick up prizes and trophies. That's pretty hard to beat for a fun day of shooting.

Jim, sorry It didn't work out this year. We'll get your name taken off the trophy for this year. Hope to shoot with you again soon.
Well,,,,,, first place is back up for grabs!

If there appears to be some interest in sight-in/ practice, I will see about getting the range open on Friday afternoon for some triggertime.
Let me know if this is something you would like.

That would be great Joe, I will need to check the tune to get in this battle! A sight-in evening before a big match is always a fun part of the match to me! Sure makes the travelers feel better!

Here are the pictures of the trophies, plaques and certificates.

Brett, the trophies look nice! Thanks to Sierra for backing this match!
There should be some pretty good competition at this match, in all categories. Hopefully I can get a crack at some of those prizes.
There is still time to get signed up for this one.
