zee or xtreme? weaver or buckmasters? you have a scope i can buy

are the zee rings better then the xtreme?
looking at the 4.5-14x40 buckmasters
ive heard good things about the weaver but havnt found a mil dot yet?
and any one have a decent old scope i can buy that has mil dot id be intrested
