Best Regards

When I said " I am spinning together a 300WSM for 1000 comp ", then asked my question, I thought it was pretty clear that the gun has not yet been completed. Still having the option of making a 17lb or 22.5lb gun. Not a comprehension issue, just curious if the 22.5 thing was in the discussion before I finished the build.....

Regards
Rick

I might have reacted a bit quickly but........it seems over the last several years someone always wants bigger, wider, heavier, another gizmo or some rule change.. of course all to help them get a better score. I find it annoying so forgive me for pouncing. Oh, I forgot the big one....I want to shoot more than one gun in s class so I just might eventually get a winning score. Well Rick your way smarter than most by asking and then building a new rifle. I hope it a great one. Jeff

17lbs. Is the weight limit at Williamsport and IBS. A I7 lb. build would allow it to be used in both light and heavy at Williamsport and IBS. The 17lb. Rule applies to the World Open also. There was no discussion on changing the 17 lb. Rule for light gun.
