They should stay fairly consistent if you sort by number of firings also. I seldom anneal and then only if a problem appears which is rare. My primer pockets go before anything else. My rifles all shoot under .5 and several under .1 and are quite consistent. I have an annealeze but it has only been used perhaps 2-3 times in the past 4-5 years. Anneal as needed for your type of shooting. Havent been able to teach the annealeze how to tighten pockets yet. YMMVNeck tension and shoulder bump become very consistent if you anneal.
