Which torque wrench?

Looking for a torque wrench to tightened action screws. That will be it's only use.
Anyone have a specific recommendation? Not looking to spend big bucks.

Harbor Freight, 1/4 inch drive, inch/pounds. Friend has a high $ one and they both read the same torque.
