Which Teslong Borescope?

I’ve done everything you said, but get no picture. The Galaxy will actually make the sound of taking a picture, but the screen is black. So frustrating!

I'm really sorry. I'm out of ideas right now. Both of mine work on Windows 7, 10 and even XP as well as Chromebook (2 of them) and Samsung S9. The way all the electronics manufacturers make subtle changes in their software all the time, it sometimes make connectivity on some devices a moving target. Wish you lived close enough for me to drop in and try to help.

I FINALLY got the Teslong to work. I had installed a total of five different apps with no success. After deleting them all and re-installing them one at a time, the cam now works as advertised.
