I am selling this for a friend who got this from his dads estate when he passed away. What I do know.
Rem 700 RH
Shilen stainless heavy barrel chambered in 220 Rocket (I think its like a 220 Weatherby Rock).
Tasco scope (Japan) in 24x
2 sets of dies
48 pcs of brass (10 not fire formed)
unknown trigger, but it snaps very crisp at 1.5 oz to 2.5 oz.
Unknown round count.
Not much more is known about this rifle, so I took it to the range today. Placed it on sandbags, fired 1 shot at 100 yards.
Moved the scope. Fired 3 shots at 100 yards. Moved the scope. Fired last 3 shots at 100 yards and chronographed those 3 shots. I have a feeling i got new cases in the mix with already fired cases. But it still printed good on paper.
Price is $1200 shipped in a hard shell case. $1050 if picked up in person. Located in Texas SW of Ft. Worth. I will be at NBRSA score Nationals in WY and TackDriver in November.
