Which Rangefinder for up to 1000 yards

I know you already purchased your rangefinder but in case someone else is looking for one. This is going to sound crazy but I purchased Bushnells golf 1M. Amazon had it on sale for $160 one day so I purchased it and I love it. Bushnell

I've used it many times and it seems to work pretty well. Below are the results from a few test I did when I first bought it.
I ranged a few deer at 450 yards (very fast and easy)
Trees out to 1750 yards
Stop sign 850 yards
A cow at 900 yards. This one took a few tries but I was also facing the sun so it was tough.
Stoplight @ 535 yards
Car facing me @ 1200 yards
Bridge @ 1800 yards

I have the Nikon Gold and it has always worked well for me. That said, I have never had it range on anything over 1000 yards. Maybe the conditions were not ideal and maybe I never really tried because I have never had to that I know of, maybe the battery was depleted that day I tried. Out to 950 or so she is deadly accurate and the optical part of it isn't bad. Could be better, but still way better than most. There are two basic ranges I am concerned with...in range, and way out of range. I don't need a laser to know that I am not going to shoot that far, so performance beyond 600 yards doesn't much matter. I wouldn't even shoot that far, 450-500 lets me out.
I have never had any luck with anything Bushnell ever made, and it is not for lack of trying them. But, I have to say that I received a Bushnell as a gift last year and I am very much impressed. This model has a FSN written on the box and was made for the Army. The optical part is the best I have seen in a rangefinder and I have looked thru some high end units. It is very bright and clear and I leave binos home when I use this. It is also very dead on accurate and works better in light fog and rain than many others I have tried too. Comes with a nice digital camo case.

One thing about all the laser rangefinders is being solid. They work a lot better mounted on a tripod or some steady rest. Matt

I believe this is a good point, and it makes total sense that it would read the laser reflection better if it was as stable as it could get...if it ever quits raining here I am going to slap mine on a little tripod I have and give 'em a whack.
