This ultra light cooler looks interesting.
The Plano Field Lockers are great for longer guns - it can support up to, I believe, 56-57”. I have 2 and they are very durable with nice wheels with bearings, but not overbuilt for personal transport like a Pelican case. Despite being much bigger, it’s the same empty weight as the Pelican 1760 53” case.
To be fair, If I flew with my high-dollar rifles, I’d get one of the SKB or Pelican cases meant for the 50-cals and get some custom foam cut for them.

I still have 2 Airglides but never use them since going to the Vault case, I now have 5 of them.I found this deal online for the PELICAN vault 770, may just be a Black Friday deal but I went ahead and ordered one.
Indestructible, lockable if you fly and the ability to not worry whether your 6 - 7,000.00 rifle is secure and protected or not
