Seriously? I pole-vaulted 14'6" and ran 100 meters in 11 seconds in high school. I could bench press my own weight several times in my day, but there is no way I could hold a barrel stable enough. I never claimed to have a surgeon's hands. What kind athleticism is required to pull that off?
None at all. You cant stop the rifle from moving you just have to minimize it and pull the trigger at the right time
I had those thoughts too. I know Britt and he certainly does not look to be 113Butch, nice post about Britt. I think you missed his birthday!
Thats your problem. You need a bigger gut to rest your support arm on.Seriously? I pole-vaulted 14'6" and ran 100 meters in 11 seconds in high school. You need to give it a try......
Centerfire targets are a lot farther than 100yds!!Can't wait to give it a try. I'm hoping to start handloading this winter, and I will need something more stable than a bipod to dial in the load. Might as well see how I do off a set of bags.
Silhouette is a whole different story. I print my targets on 8.5" x 11" because it's cheaper, and I feel fairly confident that I could consistently hit the piece of paper at 100 yds with my unsupported .223 and a 9x scope. All bets are off whether I could actually hit a target on that piece of paper. How big are those silhouettes?

I assumed as much. Those silhouettes had better be life-size. Even at that, I'm definitely going to miss the chicken.![]()
