What did you kill this fall, and what did you use?

Managed to hunt way less due to work this year, but made great use of my time in the field. Muzzleloader I managed to get an 8ptr, a 10ptr, and 3 or 4 doe. With a bow, 1 doe, because she was finishing off the rest of my garden. Yeah I shot her off my deck, I Didn't hesitate. Neighbors were glad too. The best thing all year was harvesting my first black bear, with my 6 year old son along. Best thing ever. Only harvest with a rifle so far. A 6.5x55, my favorite!

My #1 son and I just did some herd management yesterday and killed a couple big does. 6.5 Grendel AR shooting 127gr Barnes LRX, simply deadly & super accurate. Both were DRT.

One of the bucks off of our ranch from earlier this season. He was working a rub line and I was able to intercept him and put an arrow through his vitals at 27 yards. I used my Mathews Q2XL and Beman ICS Hunter arrows tipped with a Muzzy 100 grain 4 blade broadhead.

Got back from a 3 day duck hunting trip. It was good trip we had a blast and a lot of good eating. The first day was real good with lots of ducks. The second day was't to bad. But the third day the weather got crazy over night. They just couldn't see the decoys. Their was 12 of us in the blind I wish I had gotten pictures of the blind.

NOTHING LIKE A GOOD DUCK HUNT !!!!!!!!:D:D:D

Any stats on that?

No pics guys - Was a cull whitetail buck.
Me and some friends have been hunting a dominate white tail buck on along the east side of a creek for last 12 years.
Now we all know its not been the same buck making all those signs along that creek for that long of a time.

But they were all a ghosts! No one had ever seen them or got a pic of them on the many trail cams.
Yet, ever year there were these rubs, scraps and big tracks for a 1+ mile path along this creek.
We've been moving 3 trail cams around out along that path for last 6 yrs.
Lots of deer - Plenty of does and immature bucks, but never the dominate one.
Well...This year I got him!

Big big body, but non-typical "nasty" set of antlers.
Had no brow tines.
3 pts on left side with unusual long/high main beam pt.
Right side was cow horn worn to 11" spike.
Point had been rubbed off into a knife edge.

I knew there was a big buck there but,
None of us had even seen anything like that before.
No one even knew he was there - No sightings and no trail pics.
