What annealing machines are you all using ?

I use the Annealeez and have found it to work well for my needs. The 6.5 PRC has a base of .532. The small wheel for this tool is .49 which would be too small for your needs. I use the large wheel for 300 PRC and 338LM which is .64. Hope this helps.

Annealeez

The only issue I have is that if you load up the hopper with too much the brass, it bridges and it won't get picked up by the wheel. It's an easy fix, don't fill it all the way up.
Never had that problem. If the case bridges, doesn't it get picked up on the next cycle? The way my cases move, I can't see this as being a problem for more than one cycle, and as I say, have never seen it in action. Guess I could not be paying close enough attention though.

No, it's not picked up unless you nudge the brass downward while the notch is below a piece.

I'll PM you a video.
Thank you for the video. You should post ihere for reference. Very interesting. I have never seen that happen with mine. I don't ever do over 100 cases at a time though and I start a case and adjust the flame before loading the hopper. I get the cases a couple rows deep some times but never more than that.

Started with a torch.
Bought a Giraud.
Now I am using an AMP with an AMP Mate.

Very happy now.

Here's the video. If you don't nudge the brass, it will continue to rotate and not pickup brass. I may try to add a shim on the left edge so the bridge may not form.

Pretty, but the OP was asking about an annealeez, not a new mortgage payment. Anyone who has invested in an AMP, let alone an AMP mate is going to say it is the best and only, if for no other reason than to justify the money they have spent to heat a piece of brass.
Sorry, but we chase more people away from this sport with the idea that only the most expensive, most recent stuff can possibly be used if you want to win. Only the very best are ever going to see the difference on the target in the first place.
Even if you don't anneal at all, you can win if you can read the shot better than your competition.

Two torches and a cordless drill for several years. Finally upgraded to MRB (wasn't that much more than an Annealeez) and every time I read about the "fixes", I'm glad I made the decision I did. Would love to have an AMP, just something else takes priority for funds. Probably missing the boat.

I've run thousands of cases through my Annealeze from .223 up through BR cases and all the way up to .338 LM and not experienced that with any of the 3 wheel sets I have.
I'd love to have an AMP as well but my Annealeze is not holding me back in my experience.
