You lucky bugger. I'm a CZ fan. Especially when they are of the FS variety. Too bad they are fazing those full length stocks out but not before I got one in a 550 (9.3x62), 527 (223) and 455 (22mag). Also turned a 452 Ultra Lux in 22 LR with the 29.5 inch barrel into an FS. Turned out that the FS stock fit the action/barrel and they had a sale on the stock at CZ USA. Built a schnable fore end for it out of ebony. Looks a bit like an old WW2 bolt rifle with 6 inches or so of barrel extending from that FS stock. Everyone asks what it is when I take it to the range. Almost bought a 550 FS in 6.5x55 as well. Still kicking myself in the ass for not grabbing it.

After all this will the Remington brand be scrapped so as to avoid the Sandy Hook law suit? I guess that the brand could go through a couple of owners and come back the same gun as a Remington with another name. I'd buy one if the new company was named after Mike Walker.
 
PSA is owned by JJE that bought DPMS, H&R, AAC, Stormlake and Parker. Not the ammo company. If the above list is correct.

Pretty sure they went the auction/asset sale route so the buyers will face no legal liability since the Remington corporate shell remains behind with all the nasty liabilities including employer benefit plans and possible litigation payments.

Ah. So I put 2 and 2 together and got 1 1/2? At least I got right that PSA is owned by a company that bought something:)

Except it was Mike Walker's trigger that caused the first round of lawsuits for Remington.
 
Mike walker told them he had the fix for the trigger and it could be fixed for 23 cents per rifle and the board refused, said it was too much money.
