Retired Oct 2025. Took me a while to finally throw in the towel but I had a good boss and loved my work. Two weeks into it, I was upset that I waited so long.

It's 2 years for me this month. I never looked back.......

Be 3 years for me this March. Fastest 3 years of my life and I haven’t spent 1 single second wishing I was back there. I have spent a little time wishing my buddies still there could get out.

You can buy time forward, you can’t buy it back.

Two weeks retired now. Strange transition after spending 44 years going to work everyday, but I clearly do not miss it!

I've have quite a bit of experience being retired, 25 1/2 years, and have some credibility. I highly recommend it. Concentrate on DOING, not having and the glass is always half full, sometimes with a little good whiskey!!
