Capt. Ned here, Peoples Republic of California for now. Been shooting since age 8 when my dad gave me the beautiful Mauser single shot 22 target rifle. Been reloading shot shells for eons and just getting into rifle reloading. Wow! What a difference. Loving it! Appreciate all of the info and expertise available.

Hello everyone. New to the forum. I started reloading around 2018 with the basic Hornady setup and mainly for .308, centered around my Remington 700 SPS Tactical AAC SD. Since then, it's turned into something that I greatly enjoy. Especially since it ties in well with precision shooting, something that I enjoyed while in the Marine Corps many moons ago. I've loaded grains 165, 168 and 180. I want to try my hand with the Sierra 175 Mk HPBT, using Lapua Brass, CCI Large Rifle Primers and Shooters World Precision with the intention of using these rounds on a precision long range course. My dilemma is, I cannot find load data that shows a load progression chart from the Start to the Max Load for Shooters World Precision powder. I checked thier site, they just have a start and max, nothing in between. Could anyone point me in the right direction to get some data? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I'm glad I was accepted to join this forum.
After the proper training I enthusiastically started reloading; while I have no or few problems with 308 I have a series of issues with 357 magnum, my favorite caliber of all.
About 10% of my reloads are to be disposed because of the bump you see in the picture.
I use indeed the same dies, same resize process etc, just simply happens.
Also my expander die looks like not working properly, I have to MANUALLY enlarge the top of the brass because the die looks too small in caliber.
I use all RCBS, press, dies, scale etc.
Also it's funny (not really) how manuals are so different with recipes with the same bullet.
I primarily reload Hornady XTP 158gr with H110 powder, an example:
Lymann min 11.5 grains and maximum 14 while Hogdon says min 15 and maximum 16.7
Thank you in advance to anyone who may answer.

Greetings, I go by Westfork on any outdoor or sporting forum. I started reloading in the '90s but had a pause until about 7 years ago when I took it up again.

I reload 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, 6.5 x 55, .44 Magnum, .357 magnum and .38 Special. I'll soon be starting on 9mm. I hope to pickup on some good information here.

Hello, my screen name is atombaum. I have been reloading since about the late 1980’s. I have been learning TONS from you guys. Thank you! I retired a year ago and I am getting more into accuracy now. My current project…I dug my 1990 Remington 700 VS in 22-250 out of mothballs and just yesterday loaded up a ladder to dial in my accuracy load using data from my old testing 30 years ago. Also using all components from then too. D’oh! Everything seems just fine. It has always been stored in air conditioning. I had that rifle pillar bedded and free floated recently. It is stock aside from that. If I can make something out of that, you guys have me interested in a custom rifle. Great to join you!

Morning, My name is Don and I'm new to this forum and new to reloading. I've purchased Hornady AP and have it set up.
Any pointers on proper powder charging, setting it up

Look forward to the replies and help
thanks
Don

Hello everyone. Nice to be here.
I'm in the Pacific NW and have been reloading for about 15 years, so I'm just getting the hang of it. The bulk of the reloading I have done has been common handgun cartridges. I also have reloaded thousands of 223 plinking rounds. I've never been onto precision reloading, however, just before covid hit I put together a 224 Valkyrie. Since then I have only shot a few dozen rounds thru it. That was enough for me to get the bug and now I am working on raising my game a bit.

This looks like a good place to learn about precision reloading so I thought I might hang out here some.

Hello shooters, I am new to this forum and it looks like I should have been here for years. I have an all around shooter since I was given my first rifle in 1942. I was 6 years old at the time my father gave me a J Stevens crackshot .22 and I still have it. I shoot, hunt hogs, and reload and have 2 trips to South Africa to hunt plains game. Since I had lymphoma of the bone marrow I am a little more sensitive to recoil I use my .243 and a .219 Zipper to hunt with. I had aa FFL off and on since 1960.

Greetings from Canada, I have been reading and following people and articles on this site for quite a while now. So impressed I decided to join, so thanks for bringing me on. Currently have 2 .308 win and hoping to have a 6 mm BR made up soon. Joe
