Run your hard airlines, electrical, and overhead now! Is the foundation solid for heavy equipment? Looks like a great place to make a mess!

It must be huge as small as the car lift looks in the pic.
Very nice shop Aaron, After you get done running all the air, Electrical etc in the lid, Have someone come out and drywall the ceiling of the entire shop and blow in insulation, It makes it so nice year round like that, And whatever type of climate control you use will work so much less, Set some electric reels in the ceiling and several outlets in the ceiling.
I put 30 2 gang outlets in my shop and most of them have something plugged into them.
Don't get into a hurry, Think about every last thing you would want, Put a 3 way switch in the shop so you can turn the lights on from either end, Put the lights in zones that you can run only when needed to save on power. Run your compressor/Bead blaster wiring and air, Make a small room behind the shop for them, You don't want all the bead blasting particles flying around in your shop, I know you want to do cerakote, Setup for that now. Install hose reels at convenient locations to keep from tripping on hoses and keep things neat.
Install at least 3 50 amp welder plugs and 3 or 4 more 30 amp welder plugs that can be used for way more than just welders, Lathes, Mills, Plasma cutters etc.
Install a wash tub sink, For doing the dirty stuff separate from your bathroom.
Good luck, and it was worth waiting for I'm sure.

Also run your cable and data/ethernet and usb fast chargers built into outlets where your desk is going to be.
