Warm beer or beer at any temperature is called Cowboy Cold.
In England, Germany and other places in that area or north of there, beer is stored outside in a shady spot.
The ambient temperature us usually low enough to keep it drinkable.
If it had all of those and a toilet underneath, you'd never get out of bed!
