Since there is no access door shown, what is normally on the pass side or curb side of the bus, it must be on the other side, meaning the bus is moving left.

You’ve assumed a left hand drive bus. If the bus is right hand drive then it would be moving right. As you can’t see which side the steering wheel is on you can’t tell which direction it’s going.
