Voodoo quality control

I was watching a video from a friend of mine who has built one rifle for me, looking into issues with voodoo .22 rifles.
You would think the quality control on a 3k dollar rifle would be more of a importance. I understand that you can get a lemon on just bout anything in today's society.
If I was a customer of a 3k rifle that had headspace issues that would cause multiple Ftf and issues with the magazine feeding issues I Would be pissed.

Yes , Kenny is a great gunsmith and he has really turned out alot of great Shooting rifles.

This video series has stirred up debate on several forums to say the least. You have to take it in context. Vudoo does not have a QC problem, if they did it would be spammed by multiple shooters who are PRS/NRL competitors. There is not a brand out there that doesn't have someone finding fault with something that is fact. Vudoo does have multiple 1000's of rifles produced with zero issue or complaint and continues to dominate rimfire scene. Kenny has some skills, but he is far from judge and jury on a big brand like Vudoo. I think people jump to conclusions far too fast. If they had such QC issues the community would be up in arms and stop buying their products. Just the opposite is seen, they continue to sell faster than they can keep up.

Didn't waste my time watching the videos but just how many Vudoos were reviewed and rejected as poor quality by this guy?
One? Ten? A hundred?
If Vudoo does have a QC problem it is that everyone expects them to be perfect.
How many gun builders, even the best gunsmiths, are perfect?
I have worked with the staff at Vudoo on various things over my time of ownership and they have all been very gracious. They have gone above and beyond to provide the best CS no matter if dealing with an issue or just answering questions.
My first one was a used barreled action. It had an extraction issue. Vudoo had me ship it to them on their dime, did a full update on all the changes since this initial production and shipped it back on their dime. All in less than two weeks total (not two weeks in house).

In the years since the original, Gen 1 V-22 repeater came on the market, I've seen and heard some shooters relating issues with the V-22, but more than half of what I've seen/read was 2nd hand stuff that the poster was repeating, without 1st hand knowledge or experience, and in many cases, wasn't even a V-22 owner. And in more than a few instances, when an owner did post something about a problem he was having, along with perhaps a photo of his rifle, the photo would show an action with the bolt open, revealing an incredible amount of fouling crud built up in the action. So when someone posts their opinion about a "$3000 rifle that doesn't work" or isn't perfect, my reaction is - Why would someone spend that much on a precision rifle with obviously tight tolerances, then fail to make any attempt to take care of it? There must be some kind of mindset that makes shooters like this feel they've got to leave all that RF fouling crud in their actions in the hope that it'll impress others that they are a "serious" shooter. IMO, if you're a serious shooter, you'll use compressed air to blow that crap out of your action, every time you clean the bore. And if you don't care enough about your V-22 to take care of it, you shouldn't be on a public forum complaining about it.

If you have a Vudoo that has an issue, they will take care of it. Vudoo's customer service is stellar in my opinion. Before bashing the company, why not contact them. I'm sure they are glad to help. They helped me.

Experts can be identified by the following statement in their posting...."I don't own one (insert item of topic) but my friend has one and his........."
Truly, they are the gurus.

Don't forget this one: My buddy (online) is a sniper and he says.........

How have you reached out? I've sent emails asking questions a few times over last 2 yrs on my builds and gotten response same day or the next. They are known for excellent customer service.
Ive sent emails and private messages on a few forums to the owner. To be fair the emails were answered within a few days but no answer to my question was given then no more responses

You need to contact Vudoo and not the owner and here is why-
QUOTE- I've been %%%% near 100% available to you guys seven days a week on my personal cell, email, text, etc., for years, but realized the cost to me has been incredibly high and one-sided. For the time being, and for the first time in forever, I have a new, private number and have peacefully faded-to-black and the prime examples of why are in this thread.
the above is from what he posted on RFC I guess out of sight out of mind is his new CS but the people at Vudoo will certainly help you.
