Viewing etargets screens outdoors?

How are you dealing with the issues of viewing the screens (tablets, lap tops, etc.) when shooting on the electronic targets?

Prop them up with folding shooting stool. Tablet in the shade of the stool or range bag.

I use a folding tablet sunshade available on Amazon. (Scroll down and find them for $7-$8). Also important to keep the sun off, so your tablet doesn’t overheat and shut down. Very bad during a match.

Honestly even in direct sunlight i have never had an issue with viewing on phone or tablet

You are truly a VERY lucky man!:)

Shadows and reflections on every screen I own are a distraction. I use the collapsible cubes above because they serve more than one purpose like carrying my stuff to the bench or the mat.

Some of the shooters in my clubs matches uses a Sunshade from Amazon, I just use a cardboard box to keep it out the direct sun and heat. Worked well last July and August.

In a pinch you can prop it up inside part of your soft rifle case. I use a tackle box as my range box. Took out the drawers and use that space for ammo, glove and tablet. Stands up inside sideways and is very easy to see.

The line officer at one of the ranges I frequent has a tablet made by Boox, it's designed mainly as a book reader. The screen looks like paper, and it can be seen clearly from any angle, even in direct sunlight. I've seen him standing with it 15 targets away from my firing point and could see it plain as day. I've been tempted to buy one, but have n ever really had enough of a problem with my free iPad mini to justify the cost.
