VARGET Lot Number

This could be a problem, how much for all?

From my notes:
"If you take the 1 lb container that I have and look at the side of the bottle where the Label ends meet, there will be 2 rows of numbers in the middle of bottle, the top 1st number is the size of container in my case 1 lb, the next six numbers is the date when the powder went into the bottle in my case 4/09/12. The next line consisting of 4 or 5 numbers is the lot number, my case 5044."

If the lot # is 7061 you have a slow lot.

Would be nice to see a picture of your labels. it is possible that there is no lot # on the container. here are three 8# jugs of Varget. Two of them have no lot number. Look to the left of all three back labels. Two, center and right, are blank.

I believe if I were to purchase two 8# jugs of the same powder with no lot # then I would completely mix both containers together and make one lot. JMO

The pic shows exactly what mine look like. No data in the space provided. I do have the orange tag, but not sure if it is the lot.
I’m shooting a slow lot in my current BR 30gns doing avg 2811 but it’s the most accurate load I’ve had yet..
Mix all the Varget lots you have or can afford together to make your new lot. Now you are good to go until you start over again.
