The ironic thing is that I use the Lee measure to drop a close charge to get close enough to take advantage of adams trickler.
I hope I am not spilling the beans here, but Adam shipped out the first batch of Auto Throwers today. Since I live near Adam I drove over and picked one up this afternoon.
I have to say it is a real pleasure to use it. Including a couple of mistakes and I think two retries, it took me 14mins27secs to produce a tray of 45 .308 cases each loaded with 46.52+/-.02 grains of Varget (which is way better than I need as a sling shooter).
A typical powder dispensing cycle time was about 17 seconds. I figure I'd record it for posterity so here is a screenshot of the stopwatch on my cellphone, I'd hit the "lap" button every time a new measuring cycle started.

Might well be!. . .
(I'm wondering where this thread ranks among those with the most posts here? Got to be in the top 10, yah?)
They are very sensitive. They do come with an adjustable guard. With the door closed your probably ok. I can load with a small fan on the ground pointed level at my feet. Point the fan any higher and the scale lets me know right away. How sensitive are one of these scale systems to air currents? I load in my garage, almost always with the door closed. Using two charge masters right now and close the guards every time. Would I be wasting my time trying to use this loading in a non air tight room?
I just wish there was some easy way to say 30.42 without having to actually manually get that measurement then hitting "go".
http://www.autotrickler.com/auto-trickler.htmlwhere are you guys going to order this stuff?
Yes easy set up instructions for Adams Trickler with AnD scale was another big plus for me as well.I also got my trickler and auto powder drop today.
My hat is off to Adam for such clear instructions on how to get the unit all set up as I had visions of myself throwing the whole thing at the basement wall as I am such a dumb a-- when it comes to electronic stuff.
Thanks Adam for the great product.
