I use mostly ws2 and it's not good for you to breath but with a few exceptions, I usually set the noisy thing outside to run anyway. But other than noise, I've never noticed a lot of dust from it. Some...YES, but it's something that I've kinda smelled a time or so.
Which might explain a lot...or not.
