Trigger weight?

I would like to know at what weight do most of you set your trigger for on your f/class-f/tr rifles.Thanks

1 LG BR rifle with a Bix & Andy set at 2 to 3oz. Alex had timmed and set the the Bix & Andy to about 0.001 oz. Found it a bit scarry but it would not slam fire.

I'm not from Missouri, but you are going to have to show me a trigger pull gauge that will weigh that number. I would even be happy with the name. It must be something thats not related to the shooting industry. LDS

My FTR rifle has a Jewel trigger and its set about 6 oz.

Both of my Jewells are set at 8 oz. I have the springs that I can change out to 2 oz but haven't gone there yet.

That's what I like about a 2-stage trigger. You can set the first stage so that you can feel the stop for the second stage. That way your brain knows it is going to break the second stage. Then again, I spent so many years shooting SR, that mayhaps I just got used to doing it that way.
