Would love to do this to some friends cams
First the backstory: working up loads and getting in some practice with rsb 44 mag. Shooting at the swinging target. Writing down fps as I went. Put down pad, raised revolver, and WHOA ! Out of peripheral vision, Range is not clear!!!

This guy just about drove me out of my mind. I got an arrow in him low. I thought it surely caught some heart, but it didn’t. We tracked him a little over 2 miles and found him upright and seemingly healthy. That was my first “miss” in 27 years of deer hunting.
It took 13 days to get another opportunity. This one went a lot better. He went about 30 yards and fell head first.

After a very wet June here, the sky faucet has turn off. So I decided to turn the deer watering station back on. It's kiddy pool with an old 100 gallon poly tank/50' garden hose and upside down 5 gallon bucket with a float mounted inside. A few football sized rocks keep the deer from stomping the pool. So far(1 1/2 days) 4 bucks numerous doe/fawns, raccoon and a coyote.

Much different from West Virginia where I grew up, and South Texas where I lived for 25 years. My brother lives in Wake Forest..
Oh I am good at getting them on camera but not in the freezer..lol
