I havent tried 790s above 65. Might have to give that a try.The best bullets I've ever bought made on 790s weighed 67.3gr made by Ronnie Cheek. The jackets weighed 22.1gr.

Absolutely. I'm a clean freak when it comes to my tumbling jars. Besides the residual lube, it's amazing the amount of minute copper swarf you find.One thing I do that many seem to avoid is I clean the lube jar every time. I don’t leave it “seasoned”, as some do. Arriving at the exact amount of lube for the exact number of jackets each time is important.
